The basis for the elegant 3 Haberer Zweigelt Rosé from Lower Austria are grapes from the Zweigelt grape variety. After the hand harvest, the grapes arrive quickly in the winery. Here they are selected and carefully ground. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the completion of fermentation, the 3 Haberer Zweigelt Rosé can further harmonize for several months on the fine lees.
