In Rheinhessen, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of limestone and marl. The 3 advantage wine package is an Old World wine through and through, as this German wine breathes an extraordinary European charm that clearly underscores the success of Old World wines. After the grapes are harvested, they move swiftly to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Then fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the completion of fermentation, the 3 advantage wine package can further harmonize for 4 months on the fine lees....
