More information about Abadal Rosado - Abadal
The light-footed Abadal Rosado from the house Abadal comes into the glass with brilliant ruby red. This Spanish wine delights with its elegantly dry flavor. It was brought to the bottle with 2.6 grams of residual sugar. As you would expect from a wine in the upper price range, this Spanish wine naturally enchants with the finest balance despite all its dryness. Aroma does not necessarily require a lot of residual sugar. On the palate, the texture of this light-footed rosé wine is wonderfully light. Due to the balanced fruit acidity, the Abadal Rosado flatters the palate with a velvety feel, without at the same time lacking juicy liveliness. The final of this youthful rosé wine from the wine-growing region of Catalonia, more precisely from Pla de Bages DO, finally captivates with good reverberation.
Vinification of the Abadal Rosado from Abadal
This elegant rosé wine from Spain is made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon and Sumoll. At the time of optimal ripeness, the grapes for Abadal Rosado are harvested exclusively by hand without the help of coarse and less selective full harvesters. After the hand harvest, the grapes arrive at the winery by the fastest route. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the Abadal Rosado can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months....
