Vinification of the Argentiera Bolgheri Superiore from Tenuta Argentiera

The basis for the first-class and wonderfully powerful Argentiera Bolgheri Superiore cuvée from Tenuta Argentiera are Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes. After harvesting, the grapes are transported to the winery as quickly as possible. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in small oak barrels at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by maturation for 14 months in French oak barrels.
