The Auxerrois estate wine dry from Ellermann - mirror platinum yellow in the glass, is elegant and fine, but at the same time extremely powerful. The nose shows a wonderful variety of aromas of fresh honey melon, white fleshy peach and ripe apple. Spicy nuances and floral notes complement the lively and fragrant impression. On the palate, the Auxerrois from the Palatinate is wonderfully juicy, soft and dusty.
