This dry Prosecco Spumante from Bisol is perfect for wine connoisseurs who can't drink their wine dry enough. The Belstar Prosecco Brut already comes quite close to this, as it was pressed with just 11 grams of residual sugar. On the tongue, this light-footed sparkling wine is characterized by an incredibly crisp texture. Due to its concise fruit acid, the Belstar Prosecco Brut presents itself impressively fresh and lively on the palate. The finale of this sparkling wine from the wine-growing region Veneto, more precisely from Prosecco DOC, finally convinces with a good reverberation

Vinification of the Bisol Belstar Prosecco Brut

This elegant Prosecco Spumante from Italy is made from the grape variety Glera. After the grape harvest, the grapes are immediately brought to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully pressed. The fermentation of the basic wines follows. After the cuvée has been put together, further ageing follows on the basis of the Charmat method. Afterwards the Bisol Belstar Prosecco Brut matures for some months in the bottle and is finally disgorged.
