More information

The Cap Classique Brut by Graham Beck Wines sparkles in the glass in a golden yellow and presents itself with a fine perlage. Its bouquet unfolds the aromas of fresh citrus fruit paired with fine brioche notes.

This South African sparkling wine is complex on the palate, creamy and fresh and rich in finesse due to its fine mousse. The Chardonnay gives it the freshness and elegance, the Pinot Noir provides the complexity.

Vinification of the Graham Beck Cap Classique Brut

The Cap Classique Brut is produced according to the Cap Classique method. This term was established in South Africa in 1992 to designate local sparkling wines produced by the Champagne method, since the name Champagne is protected and may only be used for sparkling wines from Champagne

. The

grapes of the two grape varieties Chardonnay and Pinot Noir used were hand-picked and fermented individually. Subsequently, the filling with reserve wine, filling and the yeast contact time of 15-18 months before degorging take place.

Food recommendation for the Graham Beck Brut
