This sparkling wine from various Burgundy grapes is the joint project of the Aldinger and Wöhrwag wineries from the Stuttgart region. Both VDP wineries decided that such a venture requires maximum expertise and they logically found it at Volker Raumland, the undisputed champagne champion of Germany. In 2006, two years after the first Pinot brood, it was time. The first brood of rosé saw the light of the wine world. The base wine for this top rose sparkling wine is vinified exclusively in a stainless steel tank.The
second fermentation logically takes place in the bottle. Aldingers and Wöhrwags Brut Rosé 2 then matures on the yeast for two whole years before the bottles are degorged and corked.
