Vinification for the Chardonnay of Ghost Pines

This Chardonnay is made from grapes from Sonoma County, Monterey County and Napa County. This results in expressive and fruity characteristics that reflect the particular terroir and lead to a concentrated and elegant overall impression.

To give this white wine its buttery texture, it was stored on the lees and subjected to malolactic fermentation.
