With the Cipriano di Venezia Bardolino Chiaretto comes a first-class rosé wine in the swirled glass. It presents a wonderfully brilliant pink colour. Ideally poured into a white wine glass, this rosé wine from the Old World presents wonderfully expressive aromas of lily, jasmine, perfume rose and blueberry, rounded off by other fruity nuances.
This rosé from Cipriano di Venezia is ideal for all wine lovers who like as little residual sweetness as possible in the wine. However, it never appears sparse or brittle, which is absolutely not a matter of course with a wine in the entry-level area. On the tongue, this light-footed rosé wine is characterized by an incredibly light texture. Due to the moderate fruit acidity, the Bardolino Chiaretto flatters with a velvety palate, without letting it miss out on juicy liveliness at the same time. In the finish, this youthful rosé wine from the wine-growing region of Veneto finally inspires with good length. There are again echoes of lily and violet.
Vinification of Cipriano di Venezia Bardolino Chiaretto
The starting point for the first-class and wonderfully elegant Cuvée Bardolino Chiaretto from Cipriano di Venezia are Corvina, Molinara and Rondinella grapes. After the hand-picking, the grapes immediately reach the winery. Here you will be sorted and carefully broken up. This is followed by fermentation in a stainless steel tank at controlled temperatures. After the end of the fermentation, the Bardolino Chiaretto can continue to harmonize on the fine yeast for a few months.
