Vinification of the Estate Merlot from Terra Noble

The basis for the balanced Estate Merlot from Valle Central are grapes from the grape variety Merlot. After the hand harvest, the grapes reach the press house by the fastest route. Here they are selected and carefully broken up.

This red wine from Chile is best enjoyed at a temperate temperature of 15 - 18°C. It is perfect to accompany lamb stew with chickpeas and dried figs, duck breast with sugar snap peas or braised chicken in red wine.
