Vinification of the Weinkellereien Aarau Fendant du Valais Délival

This wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, namely Gutedel. Only impeccable grape material was harvested for this exceptionally elegant single varietal wine from Weinkellereien Aarau. After the hand harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully milled. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Once fermentation is complete, the Fendant du Valais Délival can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months....
