The elegant Klassik Grüner Veltliner Weinviertel DAC from Austria is a single varietal wine, vegan vinified from the grape variety Grüner Veltliner. In Lower Austria, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of clay and loess. The berries for this white wine from Austria are harvested exclusively by hand, at the time of optimal ripeness. After the hand harvest, the grapes reach the winery by the fastest route. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After its end, the Klassik Grüner Veltliner Weinviertel DAC can further harmonize on the fine lees for 6 months.
