Vinification of the A. Christmann Königsbach Riesling
This elegant white wine from Germany is made from the Riesling grape variety. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in the Palatinate region. Here, the vines dig their roots deep into soils of sand and limestone. Königsbach Riesling is an Old World wine through and through, as this German wine exudes an extraordinary European charm that clearly underscores the success of Old World wines. After the grapes are harvested, they immediately enter the press house. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks and large wood at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the Königsbach Riesling can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months....
