If you tilt the glass slightly, you can see a transition of the color towards brick red at the edges of this barrel-aged wine. If you swirl the glass, this red wine reveals a high level of density and richness, which can be seen in the strong stained glass windows at the edge of the glass. Here, the vines dig their roots deep into clay soils. After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in small wooden vats at controlled temperatures.
