The Lenz white wine Cuveé from the Ritterhof winery shines bright yellow in the glass and conveys a light and carefree impression of spring and summer with its color and bouquet. Wonderful aromas of apple blossom, flowers and fresh grasses unfold.
This elegant and balanced white wine from South Tyrol delights the palate with its fresh and uncomplicated character, stimulating acidity and lively impression. An all-round juicy and harmonious white wine cuvée.
Vinification for the Lenz white wine cuvée
This white wine is made from the Chardonnay, Müller-Thurgau and Goldmuskatteller grape varieties. The vines for this cuvée are rooted on the sunny hills of the Überetsch and Unterland regions.
The different grape varieties are fermented separately at a controlled temperature of 20° Celsius in stainless steel tanks.
