Wines from Lake Garda
The area around Lake Garda is extremely suitable for the cultivation of vines. This is due not only to the variety of good soils and the particularly mild climate. Also the beneficial effect of some local air currents does its part. The "Ora del Garda" and the "Pelér" blow at regular intervals during the day and at night, ensuring perfect aeration of the vines. In this way the vines grow free from mold and without being affected by harmful organisms.
The temperature variations also allow the grapes to develop their own aromatic potential. On fertile and healthy soils, the Madonna delle Vittorie winery cultivates 26 hectares of vines using the Guyot system, creating fresh, fruity white wines, balanced, fragrant red wines, and a selection of excellent sparkling wines, such as the renowned Spumante Brut Trento DOC Metodo Classico.
