More information about Mediterranée Rosé - Domaine Terrebonne
The Mediterranée Rosé from Domaine Terrebonne in Provence reveals a bright, soft rosé color in the glass. Poured into a white wine glass, this Old World rosé wine presents delightfully fragrant aromas of guava, pineapple, physalis and gallia melon, rounded off by other fruity nuances.
On the palate, Domaine Terrebonne's Mediterranée Rosé starts pleasantly aromatic, fruit-driven and balanced. Balanced and complex, this light rosé wine presents itself on the palate. In the finish, this youthful rosé wine from the wine-growing region of Provence finally inspires with good length. There are again hints of guava and star fruit.
Vinification of the Mediterranée Rosé from Domaine Terrebonne
This balanced rosé wine from France is made from Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah grape varieties. When the perfect physiological ripeness is ensured, the grapes for the Mediterranée Rosé are harvested particularly quickly and at the coolest possible time of day to preserve their aromas. After the harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. At the end of the fermentation, the Mediterranée Rosé is allowed to further harmonize on the fine lees for a few months....
