The Merlot Rosé Eins zu eins by A. Diehl comes into the glass with breathtaking strawberry red and immediately reveals an expressive bouquet full of ripe strawberries, blackcurrants and other berries. Floral nuances reminiscent of peony and delicate lily complement the nose.
On the palate, A. Diehl Eins zu Eins Merlot Rosé is wonderfully fresh and supple with plenty of red berry fruit. The harmoniously integrated residual sweetness is matched by a fresh acidity, which carries this delicately tart rosé from the Palatinate for a long and complex time and makes the finish echo for a long time.
Vinification of Merlot Rosé One to One by Diehl
This rosé is made only from the best grapes of the vineyard. After a thorough selection, the cold maceration of the mashed grapes takes place, whereby colorants and aromas of the grape skins dissolve in the must. The must is then pressed for the rosé and fermented separately from the Merlot red wine.
