The Molí Bianco Terre degli Osci IGT by Di Majo Norante flows into the glass with a light straw yellow colour, in the bouquet it smells fresh of lime blossoms and aromas of crunchy citrus apple, the Mela Limoncella, an old indigenous apple variety from southern Italy. On the palate, this white wine presents itself soft, lively, with slight acidity and flavours that in turn remind of the Mela Limoncella. Fresh, slightly aromatic aftertaste.
Vinification of Molí Bianco Terre degli Osci by Di Majo Norante
The grapes for this Molise white wine all come from a cohesive 15 hectare vineyard on clayey soils, 50 to 100 metres above sea level, entirely planted with Falanghina. The vines are on average 8 years old. After the manual harvest in October, the grapes are macerated on the skins for 12 to 24 hours, the fermentation takes place in a stainless steel tank at a controlled temperature of 16° to 18°C, the malolactic fermentation is carried out completely.

This fresh, delicately aromatic white wine is a wonderful accompaniment to appetizers, light pasta dishes, preparations with fish. Best serving temperature moderately cooled at 8°-10°C.
