The grapes for this red wine from Italy are harvested exclusively by hand after the optimal ripeness has been ensured. After harvesting, the grapes reach the press house in the fastest way. Here you are selected and gently ground. This is followed by fermentation in a stainless steel tank at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by ageing for a few months on the fine yeast before the wine is finally bottled.
