Vinification of the Oude Kaap Pinotage Reserve from DGB

This balanced red wine from South Africa is made from the Pinotage grape variety. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in controlled temperatures.

Food recommendation for the Oude Kaap Pinotage Reserve from DGB

This South African is best enjoyed tempered at 15 - 18°C. It is perfect as an accompaniment to veal and onion casserole, boeuf bourguignon or plum jam.
