More information

The Futures Shiraz by Peter Lehmann appears in a deep red in the glass and unfolds its diverse aromas, ranging from plums, ripe cherries and dark chocolate to winter spices such as cinnamon and cardamom.

On the palate, this Australian wine convinces with its volume, good structure and finally with silky tannins and elegant length.

Vinification of the Peter Lehmann Futures Shiraz

The grapes for Futures Shiraz come partly from ancient vines from some of the best locations in the Barossa Valley. Futures Shiraz was the first wine to be marketed under the name "Peter Lehmann". It can therefore be assumed with certainty that the winery will never give in to its classic

That's why Peter Lehmann's Futures Shiraz is mostly aged for 18 months in French oak barriques, which adds even more complexity to the wine.

Food recommendation for the Futures Shiraz

Enjoy this dry red wine with roasts, lamb chops and generally strong and spicy dishes.
