Vinification of Lis Neris Picol Isonzo
The basis for the balanced Picol Isonzo from Friuli-Venezia Giulia are grapes from the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in small wooden vats at controlled temperatures. Once fermentation is complete, the Picol Isonzo is matured for a few months in oak barriques.
