The Ribolla Gialla Brut Millesimato from Collavini is the first spumante made from 100% Ribolla Gialla grapes.
Only after a very long maturation period does this award-winning spumante develop its characteristic elegant and gentle character.
It is vinified in small oak barrels for 6 months and in a steel tank for a further 28 months. He then rests in the bottle for 8 months to develop into this fine specialty.
