More information about Ried Bockgärten Chardonnay - Weinrieder
In the glass, the vegan Ried Bockgärten Chardonnay from Weinrieder reveals a bright golden yellow color. To the nose, this Weinrieder white wine presents all sorts of fruit breads, vineyard peach, jasmine, apricots and honeysuckle. As if that wasn't impressive enough, the stainless steel aging adds more aromas like sun-warmed rock and forest floor.
This dry white wine from Weinrieder is just right for people who would ideally have 0.0 grams of sugar in their wine. The Ried Bockgärten Chardonnay already comes very close to this, having been pressed with just 3.4 grams of residual sugar. On the palate, the texture of this balanced white wine is wonderfully crisp and creamy. Due to its vital fruit acidity, the Ried Bockgärten Chardonnay is exceptionally fresh and lively on the palate. In the finish, this white wine from the wine-growing region of Lower Austria, which can be stored well, finally inspires with good length. Once again, hints of honeysuckle and vineyard peach appear. In the aftertaste, mineral notes of the soils dominated by clay and loess join in.
Vinification of the Ried Bockgärten Chardonnay by Weinrieder
The basis for the balanced Ried Bockgärten Chardonnay from Lower Austria are grapes from the Chardonnay grape variety. In Lower Austria, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of loam and loess. When perfect physiological ripeness is ensured, the grapes for Ried Bockgärten Chardonnay are harvested exclusively by hand without the help of coarse and less selective grape harvesters. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the pressing house. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the Ried Bockgärten Chardonnay can further harmonize on the fine lees for 6 months.
Food recommendation for the Ried Bockgärten Chardonnay by Weinrieder
