In Chile, the crossroads that marked the transition from urban to rural areas were called Santa Digna. They acted as a kind of boundary stone that represented the symbol of growth and prosperity and promised all protection that moved from one area to another.

Vinification of Santa Digna Rosé Cabernet Sauvignon

Miguel Torres attaches great importance to fair pay for local workers and a resource-conscious approach to nature. This is why the wines of the Santa Digna line bear the Fair for Life seals.

After the grapes have been gently brought to the winery, they are mixed for a full 36 hours to completely extract the colour and aroma of the Cabernet. After the mash has been removed, the must is fermented for 19 days at 18°C in stainless steel tanks and pulled onto the bottle as quickly as possible.
