After the first swirl, this sparkling wine is characterized by an immense brilliance that makes it dance lively in the glass. Poured into a sparkling wine glass, this sparkling wine from Germany displays delightfully fragrant aromas of quince, pear, apple and nashi pear, rounded out by dark chocolate, gingerbread spice and oriental spices.

This dry sparkling wine from Dr. Koehler is ideal for wine connoisseurs who would prefer 0.0 grams of residual sugar in their wine. The Sekt Brut already comes very close to this, as it was pressed with just 2 grams of residual sugar. On the tongue, this light-footed sparkling wine is characterized by an incredibly crisp and light texture. Due to its concise fruit acid, the Brut sparkling wine is fantastically fresh and lively on the palate. The final of this sparkling wine from the wine-growing region of Rheinhessen, more precisely from Bechtheim, finally convinces with good reverberation. Vinification of the sparkling wine Brut from Dr. Koehler

The elegant Sekt Brut from Germany is a cuvée, pressed from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir. In Rheinhessen, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of sand, silicate rock, loess soil, sandstone, marl and brown earth. Following the hand harvest, the grapes are quickly brought to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Now follows the fermentation of the base wines.
