The Soraie Rosso Veneto IGT by Cecilia Beretta is presented in the glass in a strong ruby red and unfolds wonderful fruit aromas of plums and currants. The bouquet is rounded off by hints of vanilla and spices.
On the palate, this cuvée impresses with its good structure and with a soft mouthfeel, which is accompanied by velvety tannins.
Vinification for Cecilia Beretta Soraie
This cuvée is vinified from Merlot, Corvina, Cabernet and Croatina grape varieties. The grapes harvested by hand are dried over a period of one month in open wooden boxes in order to achieve a higher concentration of sugar.
After drying, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks. This wine is then placed in tonnes for 5 months and then returned to stainless steel tanks for malolactic fermentation
