This balanced white wine from Italy is made from the Falanghina grape variety. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. At the end of fermentation, the Taburno Falanghina del Sannio is allowed to harmonize further on the fine lees for a few months. Once the wine is finished, the Taburno Falanghina del Sannio is carefully harmonized.
