This fine gavi acquires its freshness through the vinification of grapes from young Cortese vines. It has a tasteful acidity and is very exquisite.
The history of Gavi is inseparably linked to the Scolca estate, which was the first to wine the Gavi white wine from pure Cortese grapes. If the wine-growing regions were classified as in France, La Scolca would be a "Premier Cru" region. For each wine, very personal methods of wine selection and wine preparation are used.
