Vinification of the Domaine Paul Mas Vignes de Nicole Cabernet Sauvignon Syrah

This powerful red wine from France is cuvée from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in the Languedoc. Here, the vines dig their roots deep into soils of clay and limestone. After harvesting, the grapes are taken to the press house by the fastest route. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in large wood at controlled temperatures. The fermentation is followed by a maturation of 8 months in new oak wood.
