The Infinitum Primitivo Puglia IGT from Torrevento shines with a rich ruby red in the glass with purple highlights. On the nose, notes of dark fruit and a pleasant spiciness are clearly noticeable. The palate of the Primitivo from Puglia convinces with a round and velvety texture. At the same time, the red wine shows itself expressive and powerful, without missing a balance. Very soft and integrated tannins round out the persistent finish.

Vinification of the Infinitum Primitivo Puglia from Torrevento

The grapes for the Infinitum Primitivo Puglia IGT Torrevento come from the clayey soils around the towns of Manduria and Sava. The Primitivo is harvested at the end of September. After a maceration period and fermentation in stainless steel, the wine is aged for another 6 months in stainless steel tanks before being bottled.

Enjoy to the classic Primitivo from Puglia strong meat dishes. However, the Infinitum is also excellent with salami or more mature hard cheeses.
