General information about ordering

 
From what age can I order from VINELLO?
The purchase of wine and spirits is only possible from the age of 18. VINELLO sells exclusively to adults.
 
How is the age verification carried out?
The age verification is carried out upon delivery by the carrier (e.g., DHL, UPS or DPD age check on sight 18+). An ID check may be required.
 
What is the process for placing an order?
Place the desired items in the shopping cart, choose a payment method, enter your delivery address and confirm the order. You will then receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
 
Are items from an order delivered in a wooden crate?
No, wines are generally shipped as pictured. Shipping in wooden crates is not insured by our shipping providers, therefore delivery always takes place in our certified shipping packaging to ensure flawless shipping.
 
I can’t complete an online order!
Please check whether all mandatory fields (terms and conditions) are filled in correctly and whether your payment method is available. If the problem persists, contact our customer service at the email [email protected]
 
In which languages does VINELLO accept orders?

Are telephone orders possible?
Direct telephone orders are unfortunately not possible. Please use our shop or the contact form
 
Are orders via e-mail possible?
Yes. You are welcome to send us your order via e-mail using the contact form. We always require a complete billing and delivery address, a correct e-mail address and mandatory confirmation that you are of legal age. For orders placed by e-mail we offer the payment methods advance payment (bank transfer) or PayPal.
 
Are orders via fax possible?
No. We cannot accept orders via fax. Please use one of our other options, such as ordering directly online or by e-mail.
 
Can I repeat an already placed order? How do I do that?
Yes. You can easily and quickly repeat an order if you have successfully set up a customer account. Go to My Account – Orders. Select the desired order with the action "View". All items of your order will be displayed. By clicking on "Reorder" you will be quickly and easily redirected to the checkout.
 
Where can I find out whether my order was successful?
You will immediately receive an order confirmation by e-mail after completing your order. If you have created a customer account with us, you can view the current order status under My Account – Orders. If you ordered as a guest and did not receive an order confirmation by e-mail, please send us an e-mail via the contact form. In any case, please check your spam folder first.
 
I can only put X bottles of wine XY in the shopping cart. What’s going on?
Some wines are only available in limited quantities or are the last bottles of a particular vintage. Therefore these wines can only be purchased in a limited quantity and can only be ordered in a certain number.
 
When will the wine be available again?
The note "drunk dry" means that the desired item is currently not available. As soon as it is available again, you can conveniently have yourself notified by e-mail: Click on the product page under the item on "Notify me when the product is available." – we will automatically inform you as soon as the wine is back in stock.
 
How can I cancel an order?
