FAQ: shipping and returns
Shipping
To ensure your delivery can be made as smoothly and safely as possible, please observe the following instructions:
- If possible, provide a secure drop-off location on your property or in the entrance area.
- In apartment buildings it can be helpful to meet the delivery person in the stairwell – while keeping a safe distance.
- If you will not be present at the time of delivery, you can leave a written drop-off authorization or inform a neighbor about the delivery.
Please note: If you grant a drop-off authorization, the right to compensation is forfeited if the package cannot be found after being left. If the delivery is not successful on the first attempt, another delivery attempt is usually made on the next business day.
Returns
- Customer returns: If you used our return label for your order, we will notify you by email when we have received your return.
- Supplier return: This can involve, among other things, an address error, breakage of the contents, or misrouting. We will inform you by email about this return as soon as possible. You can also redirect the package to another address using the tracking link. In general, the redirection has a processing time of 1-2 days.
