The shipping costs are displayed and calculated in the currency of the store in the shopping cart and at the checkout.
VINELLO selects the most favorable shipper for you.
You also have the option of choosing a different shipper offered by VINELLO. The prices may then differ.
You purchase from VINELLO at net prices.
You must therefore pay the value added tax, excise duty and customs duties applicable in your country if you wish to receive the package in your country.
Your order will be shipped when all products are ready for dispatch.
The delivery time is calculated and displayed on the product, in the shopping cart, during the ordering process. The delivery time shown at checkout applies upon completion of the order.
For orders containing products with different delivery times, the longest delivery time applies to the entire order.
- The delivery time depends on the stock availability at VINELLO and varies depending on the product.
- The total delivery time noted for each product, in the shopping cart, at checkout, and in the order confirmation email in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding German, national, and Saxon public holidays) applies.
If you wish for items that are available immediately to arrive faster, we recommend placing two separate orders or ordering more than 12 products.
For orders exceeding twelve products, we can make partial deliveries.
You will not receive your goods until you have paid the sales tax, excise duty, customs duty and customs fees! These steps will take place before you receive your parcel:

2. We pack the goods in Dresden (Germany).
3. We hand over your parcel to DHL.
4. DHL sends the goods to the UK.
5. The UK authorities clear the goods and charge excise duty on alcohol.
6. You receive a letter or card from ROYAL MAIL or PARCELFORCE requesting payment of:
- UK VAT/ Import VAT
- Excise duty on alcohol (Here you can find information on the calculation of excise duties)
- Customs duty
- Charge for customs clearance
7. You pay this amount. Furthermore, you can pay here if you received the card/letter. Link to pay.
8. Your parcel is delivered to you.

We ship to the United Kingdom from six (6) bottles on.
VINELLO ships with DHL, DPD and UPS or, for larger quantities, on Euro pallets or half Euro pallets.
VINELLO ships in certified shipping boxes up to 15 bottles per parcel.
The weight of a parcel can be up to 25 kg.
From an order quantity of approx. 72 bottles, we ship on a Euro pallet or half a Euro pallet.
