Together we are strong

in 1989, various Portuguese winegrowers joined forces to form Global Wines with the motto "Together we are strong" to promote the wines of the Vinho Verde, Dão and other Portuguese appellations both nationally and internationally.

In the meantime, the original idea has grown into an organization that represents all regions of Portugal and has been able to contribute to the flourishing of Portuguese wines. Even wines from Brazil, where unique and multiple award-winning wines are produced near the equator, are represented by Global Wines .
