Production of Mit Nig Summer Gin

The production of Summer Gin is based on select ingredients and traditional knowledge. The following steps characterize the production process:

1. Base product: High-quality wheat alcohol serves as the base, emphasizing purity and aromas.
2. Botanicals: Carefully selected botanicals, such as juniper, citrus fruits, and herbs, form the foundation of the flavor.
3. Distillation: The gin is produced through double distillation. This helps extract and concentrate the aromas.
4. Refinement: After distillation, the gin matures with select ingredients to deepen its complexity and character.

In this way, a Summer Gin is created that brings a touch of summer to the glass with every sip.
