The wines of Vigneti Zabù

Great oenologists under the aegis of Farnese ensure first-class wines at Vigneti Zabù in Sicily. The basis is formed by varietal Syrah, Grillo or Nero d'Avola. Above this is the Chiantari series, for which even higher quality standards apply.

Il Passo - the flagship

A classic from Vigneti Zabù is Il Passo. This red wine, vinified largely from Nerello Mascalese, is created from grapes dried on the vine and thus joins the line of Amarone and Passito wines. The drying of the berries on the vine provides particularly intense aromas.
