The Steitz Winery - Winery and Inn in Rheinhessen

The small family business Steitz is located in the village of Stein-Bockenheim, south of Bad Kreuznach. Mainly on volcanic rock, vines of the varieties Riesling, Silvaner, Pinot Gris, Portugieser, Dornfelder and Pinot Noir are cultivated and processed into rosé, red wine and white wine. Thanks to the favorable climate, the grapes from the Steitz Winery can ripen completely, which in combination with yield-reduced cultivation and gentle vinification results in grape juices that have gained supraregional attention. This is also expressed in the professional world, which evaluates the wines of Steitz very positively and counts them among the stronger creations from Rheinhessen.
