The elegant 12 advantage pack from Italy is a single varietal wine, made from the Grecanico grape variety. In Sicily, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of limestone and sandstone. Obviously, the 12 advantage package is also determined by climate and viticultural style Terre Siciliane IGT. This Italian can literally be described as an Old World wine that is extraordinarily impressive. The fact that Grecanico grapes thrive under the influence of a warm climate also has a considerable influence on the ripening of the grapes. This manifests itself, among other things, in particularly well ripened grapes and rather high alcohol content in the wine. After the grape harvest, the grapes are immediately sent to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures.
