This wine delights with its elegantly dry flavor. It was bottled with exceptionally little residual sugar. As you would naturally expect from a wine in the high quality wine range, this Frenchman naturally enraptures with the finest balance for all its dryness. Aroma does not necessarily need sugar. Light-footed and multi-layered, this light and crisp white wine presents itself on the palate. In the finish, this youthful from the wine-growing region Gascogne finally inspires with considerable length. Again, hints of jasmine and kumquat appear. Vinification of the Plaimont 3 advantage wine package

The elegant 3 advantage wine package from France is a cuvée, vinified from the grape varieties Colombard and Ugni Blanc. The grapes grow in optimal conditions in Gascony. Here, the vines dig their roots deep into soils of sand and limestone. After harvesting, the grapes quickly reach the winery. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the completion of fermentation, the 3 advantage wine package can further harmonize for several months on the fine lees....

This French white wine is best enjoyed well chilled at 8 - 10°C. It is perfect as an accompanying wine to cod with cucumber-mustard vegetables, coconut-lime fish curry or vegetable stew with pesto.
