Vinification of the 3-pack from Dieter Meier

The powerful 3er Paket from Argentina is a cuvée, organically produced from the grape varieties Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec. After the hand harvest, the grapes arrive at the winery by the fastest route. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Then fermentation takes place in small wood at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the 3-pack is aged for several months in French oak barrels.
