Vinification of the 6-pack from Villa Santa Flavia

This elegant 6-pack from Italy is a single-varietal wine made from the Pinot Grigio grape variety. After the manual harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally drawn into bottles.
