Vinification of the Pfaffl Winery Grüner Veltliner Landwein

This white wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, and that is Grüner Veltliner. Only immaculate grapes were harvested for this exceptionally elegant varietal wine from Weingut Pfaffl. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. At the end of fermentation, the Grüner Veltliner wine is left to harmonize for a few months on the fine lees.
