Vinification of Casa Gheller Prosecco Frizzante Stelvin

The elegant Prosecco Frizzante Stelvin from Italy is a single-varietal wine, made from the Glera grape variety. The grapes grow in optimal conditions in Veneto. The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of sedimentary and weathered rock.

After manual harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the completion of fermentation, the Prosecco Frizzante Stelvin can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months....
