The Auxerrois Gutswein trocken from Ellermann - mirror platinum yellow in the glass, is elegant and fine, but at the same time tremendously powerful. The nose reveals a wonderful variety of aromas of fresh honeydew melon, white-fleshed peach and ripe apple. Spicy nuances and floral notes complement the lively and fragrant impression. On the palate, the Auxerrois from the Palatinate is wonderfully juicy, soft and full-bodied. The combination of a lot of extract and tangy acidity suits this grape variety perfectly.
