Production of the Bourbon Vanilla Infused Gin by Sir Edmond Gin
The base of Sir Edmond Gin consists of classic botanicals such as juniper, cardamom, angelica, ginger, and cinnamon, which are distilled in two batches. The bourbon vanilla is separately macerated in alcohol before the extract is blended with the other distillates. After a resting period of one week, the gin is bottled at 40% vol. – this creates the perfect harmony between vanilla and spices.
