The winery Baron-Fuenté was founded by Gabriel Baron and Dolores Fuenté in 1967. He is the son of a long-established winemaking family, she the daughter of Spanish immigrants. At first, the wine was sold exclusively directly in the house. after many years of steady growth, the Champagne vineyard now covers 40 hectares and the wines are now also exported and distributed by mail order. The children Sophie and Ignace have since taken over the family business and continue the "adventure".
