Chateau Ste. Michelle is located in Woodinville, about 20 kilometers from Seattle, on the west coast of the USA.
Chateau Ste. Michelle - Tradition and Innovation
With a history that began back in 1912, Chateau Ste. Michelle is today one of the largest, best-known, and most popular wineries, not only in Washington State but in the entire USA.

Chateau Ste. Michelle - success with a premium ambition
The modern history of Chateau Ste. Michelle begins in 1967. Under the direction of the legendary oenologist Andre Tchelistcheff, a premium wine range was created that was the first, and at the same time groundbreaking, for viticulture in this state. As is customary with major top producers, the wine ranges are structured pyramidal from a wealth of grape varieties.
- Barbera
- Cabernet Franc
- Cabernet Sauvignon
- Chardonnay
- Chenin Blanc
- and seventeen others

At the very top you will find Impetus, followed by the Artist Series, Ethos Reserve, Single Vineyards, Indian Wells, and Columbia Valley. Furthermore, there are joint ventures such as Eroica (with Ernst Loosen) and Col Solare (with Antinori), the Limited Release range, and the Domaine Ste. Michelle sparkling wines.
